each other is surely the ultimate aim of studying a language.
At KAI, students from over 30 countries study together
with the common goal of mastering Japanese. They study
with enthusiasm, communicating in their common language
- Japanese - and in doing so, they deepen their understanding
of each other.
Japanese is not just a language
; it is a rich culture. As you study, you will find
yourself becoming aware of values and ways of thinking
that are new and different. And not just that of Japan,
but those of your classmates and your new friends as
well.
At KAI, we base our teaching
on the Direct Method, which means that the only language
used in the classroom is Japanese. Our programs are
designed to lead the student through the different stages
of learning, which are Understanding, Practice
and Application.
GENERAL COURSE
Open every January, April, July,
October. The emphasis is on speaking, listening, reading
and writing skills for all round mastery of Japanese.
It is a highly intensive program which has a systematic
curriculum.
Upon full completion of the course,
you will, to a reasonable extant, be able to understand
the TV-news, read newspaper articles, and be able to
enter university, technical school, or work in a Japanese
company. We also provide preparation programs for the
annual Japanese proficiency Test.
