Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) is the premiere institution in the field it pioneered: the study of employment related issues.  ILR is a combined program in business, liberal arts, and professional studies centered in the social sciences and their applications to the real problems of real people around the globe.  For 60 years the school has provided a setting where graduate students become knowledgeable about, and skilled at handling the volatile issues confronting the ever-changing workplace.  Click here to see the website.

ILR students have access to a large Ivy League university while enjoying the benefits of a small college (ILR), which is comprised of 800 undergraduates, 180 graduate students, and 50 faculty members.  There is a great deal of flexibility in choosing courses in addition to the required core courses. Interested MILR Students can work toward a dual degree from the ILR School at Cornell and a Degree in Management from the Paris campus of the European School of Management ESCP-EAP, ranked fourth among European business schools by the Financial Times.
