is approved by the Ministry
of Education and Health in Belize,and is listed
in the World Directory of Medical
Schools,published by the World Health Organization
(WHO).The University is listed
by the Educational Commission on Foreign Medical
Graduates (ECFMG)for students
to sit for the USMLE and to facilit ate admission
into a residency program in the
United St ates.It is also listed by the General
Medical Council (GMC)in the United
Kingdom allowing students to sit on the Professional
Linguistic Assessment Board
(PLAB)and facilit ate admission into a residency
program in the UK.
